specialists for resort development, are in charge of architectural services and resort planning. Project M Marketing for Recreation, Tourism and Services heads the marketing activities. The golf specialist Karl F. Grohs, Senior Member of the European Institute of Golf Course Architects, provides expertise in the area of golf and landscape architecture. The experts at Drees & Sommer Infraconsult, with support from GEOHAUS – the agency for geoinformation – deliver consulting and development advice.
